Eligibility depends on the course that you select. For a Graduation in Hotel Management, the eligibility is Intermediate or +2. For a Diploma level course, the eligibility will be 10th or SSC. For a Post Graduate Level Course, the eligibility will be Graduation

There is no subject of Mathematics as such in Hotel Management. But then, to make managerial decisions in work. Basic Calculations ability or computations to be done to make budget decisions and cost management

It’s a very difficult question to answer. Generally, we suggest students to complete intermediate and then think about career options such as hotel management. As a student, who is a 15 year old may not have enough maturity to pursue such a professional course and make a concrete decision on career choice. However, if the financial situation or a personal situation demands to settle early in a career, then he/she may choose Hotel Management course soon after 10th or SSC. It will be a short term course of a Diploma or a Certificate Level. He/she may need a graduation for sure in future for career growth and promotional opportunities. The scope for pursuing a graduation during work career is very difficult and often end up in a dilemma.

It is not an academic or theoretical based studies. Rather a Practical oriented studies. So, if the student is passed is enough.

In India (Star Hotels, Retail etc) Entry Level - Rs. 12,000/- to Rs. 16,000/-. Operational Trainee - Rs. 16,000/- to Rs. 20,000/-. Management Trainee - Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-. In Abroad (Gulf Countries) - Rs. 40,000/- with A/C Accommodation, Transport and Food. USA/UK/Europe/Australia/Maldives - Rs. 1 lakh and above

No Age Limit

Rs. 60,000/- and above upto Rs. 5,00,000/- per month

Physically demanding with a conceptual understanding and a lot of common sense and basic manners and etiquettes is required

Usually, the colleges will provide a placement at the end of the course. Alternatively, one can apply through online job sites and directly to the organisations by submitting a resume and proving that you have suitable skills for the job
